A girly affair.

A couple of weeks back, the cheer girls and I had a slumber party at Penny’s place.

This isn’t the most flattering picture of us but it was the only few pictures we took that day that had all of us in it. And even Alicia’s missing cause she was the photographer.

We decided to have a second get together before uni reopens. So on the 3rd day of Christmas, we decided to head on out for a girly getaway! We booked ourselves a room @Somerset Ampang. The place was lovely! It’s a new hotel so everything was basically, new! But the best part of the place has got to be the infinity pool! :D

 

 

Service was really good. The attendants were all very attentive. :)

Us girls minus Alicia. She ditched us.

Okay ditched might be alil harsh, she had to go for a family trip to Malacca. :p

 

But she said she’ll make it up to us. :)

Oh and did I mention, free wifi! With no password! [inside joke.. >.< ]

 

 

The only gym time throughout my 2 month holiday. x_x  Okay, to do myself justice, I did go to the gym once last month. :D

 

The bed was big enough for the 4 of us! D:

 

 

Oh and the room’s called a Studio Premier. There was a promotion going on as the place just opened. So a room was about rm280++. Not bad, eh for a weekend retreat?

It’s kinda like a studio apartment I guess ; hence we had a kitchen and even a washing machine!

 

 

 

They even provide an iPod dock! :D

 

So after checking the place out, we started getting ready for our girl night out. ;)

 

 

 

After painstakingly smudging, blending, mixing and what not, I finally finished my eye makeup. Definitely need more practice. –.-

But ta-da! The end product!

Came back and decided to go for a midnight swim!! :) The view was spectacular! Check out the twin towers in the background!

 

 

 

 

 

And the night wasn’t over just yet. Movie session!!!

But we ended up only watching White Chicks and the episode of Glee featuring Britney Spears. –.- Then we KO-ed. x_x

The next day, we had brunch at this loveeeeelyyy place called Levaine. That place deserves a post all on its own! That’s how awesome Levaine is!! :D

 

All in all, it was an awesome getaway with the girls. We definitely felt like those 4 ladies from ‘Sex and the City’ except younger! :p We gotta do it again, girls! <3
