So last Saturday, my mum decided to bring us all to Aquaria, KLCC seeing how my sis, I and mummy herself have never been there before.
Off we were queuing for tickets.
I would say it’s quite costly just to go and look at well… sea creatures.. but I guess they need to be fed. >.<
But I have to admit that I’m pretty much impressed with the place. Not shabby at all!
There’s even a waiting lounge while your mum/dad/guardian buys tickets. :)
What greeted us at the entrance was something like a petting zoo but for aquatic animals.
Of course those in the tank were the ones that won’t chew off your fingers.
A school of piranhas. Missed the feeding session though.. :(
This is one glass you so do not want to tap!
The section that I dreaded most.
I’m kinda freaked out by spiders.. or bugs for that matter. Oh and also slimy amphibians.. bleh… Gives me the creepy crawlies.. :S
Saw quite a number of people lugging those big ass DSLRs to get shots of nature at its best. Hmm, I find photography pretty cool actually. Doubt I have the knack for it though..
My camera kinda died midway but you get the idea. I would say it was a pretty educational experience but I think younger children will have more fun from this. But I wouldn’t say it was a complete waste of time nor money.
It’s just that now, I feel like going to Redang! :D
p.s jellyfishes are SO cute!!
