‘Hey Chloe, wanna have dinner tonight?’
‘Hey, sure. What time?’
‘Around 7. I’ll come pick you up. We’ll go someplace nice to eat cause I haven’t seen you in awhile. My treat.’
‘You sure?’
‘Yeah, your payment will be in the form of gossip updates.’
‘Okay, see you later thn. :)’
And that’s how I had an oh-so-deliciously-wonderful-but-extremely-expensive Japanese dinner in Ozeki last Thursday. It’s in a building opposite KLCC if you’re wandering where that is. And I would recommend anyone to go there; be it on dates, family dinners, gatherings.
But make sure you have enough $$ in your wallets first. Hehe..
[an equivalent to Bon appetit! ]
This is a very tasty soup.
You can taste the thick flavour of the mushrooms and seafood in it.
Soft shell crabs for the win!!
'Wow, this sashimi takes SO much better than the ones in buffets!’ *thinks to myself*
‘Oh, did you know? This is salmon’s belly.’
Kobe beef.
I swear, I’ve never tasted anything so good before. It’s so tender and juicy.
And they even have special sauces which only accentuates the delicious flavour of the beef.
*dies*
Ozeki is known for its udon. And now, I understand why.
The tempura set that came with my udon. Yes, the tempura udon was the main course.
The green peas, seafood soup, soft shell crab, sashimi, kobe beef were all appetizers??
Oh yes, I had a taste of sake.
Hmm, like any other alcoholic beverage it gives a peculiar feeling that goes right up your nose and kind of clears your airway.
A sensation that takes some getting used to.
The rm9 Black sesame ice cream. Very very delicious.
Yuzu sorbet. It’s a kind of Japanese Citrous.
This is something that will hit homerun at your taste buds and make your facial muscles tense.
Extremely Sour.
But very refreshing.
I’ve known this girl since we were both what? in Form 2?? Gosh, it’s been *calculates* 5 years since we knew each other!
And let’s continue to keep the count babe!
