On one faithful day, I finally found a solution to my constant confusion during Chinese karaoke sessions. [I can’t read Chinese, you see.. ]
All I had to do was to do my homework before karaoke!
I would search for lyrics of Chinese songs that I already know of and then print out the lyrics in pin yin! 
I still can’t believe how I didn’t think of this any earlier! 
And voila! 
Sigh, this is probably our last karaoke session before everyone heads off to different parts of Australia.
