Time Capsule Day.

01.02.2010 marks a very important date to us, HB1-ers. It was the day that we planted our very own time capsule. Yes, a time capsule. We’re cool like that.

We placed all our wishes, dreams, aspirations and memories that were written on postcards into a glass jar. And as you know the basic function of a time capsule, we’ll only open it 7 years from now.

01.02.2017 is the date to remember, y’all!

Besides planting our time capsule [we didn’t exactly bury it due to complications so we hid it behind a bush in my friend’s garden. ], it was also our last official HB1 gathering. To those who made it, kudos to you. And to those who didn’t, well hopefully we’ll bump into one another one day.

Then we went to Lala Chong Seafood Restaurant for dinner. [Seems to be our new favourite hang-out spot!]

Since it was our last meal together as a class, we decided to order those packaged dinner sets. Our one costs about rm480 in total. But there was definitely enough food to go around!

Then, we headed back to Sarah Tan’s lovely home to plant the time capsule.

We even sealed the lid of the jar with silicon to prevent water/sand/insects/whatevermajiggies from entering it.

We’ll see you 7 years from now, time capsule! Till then! [Hopefully our wishes and dreams do come true. ]

Then after the ceremony, some of them came over to my place to just hang out. It was supposed to be a sports-filled day [basketball,tennis,badminton,squash..] but we ended up reaching my place quite late so we settled for a game of Twister instead.

After the guys left at about 3am, the girls stayed over for a sleepover! But we ended up talking till bout 6ish. It was amazing how we could still wake up the next day before noon! Then, Jimmy Lim came over to ‘help’ us with our scrapbook. But he ended up……
